Thank you for providing your input on our first phase our project - our online survey. We now have our what we heard document ready for the community to review. We encourage everyone interested in how Transit could grow and change in our community to take a few minutes to read the report and consider the findings. We will be reaching out in the near future to garner additional feedback on these recommendation from you.

You can find the What We Heard report under Transit Master Plan documents on the right hand side.

Why now?
The update will guide the County’s transit operations into the next 10-20 years and build on the strengths of our current plan. The update will include analysis and planning for a post-pandemic era so we can adapt to the changing needs and priorities of our community.

Timing
This project will have three rounds of public engagement. During our first round of public engagement, we encourage you to share your thoughts about Strathcona County’s current public transit services, and areas for improvement or change.

Next steps
Your input will be used by the project team to better understand your current transit needs and identify areas for change or improvement in the current Transit Master Plan. Your feedback will be considered by the project team in the development of recommendations for the Transit Master Plan update.
