Strathcona County conducts an annual public satisfaction survey that provides residents the opportunity to share their feedback relating to County programs and services. The survey results help the County evaluate its services, and supports decision making and plans for the best use of resources.
Strathcona County has contracted an independent public opinion research company, Advanis, to conduct part of the survey on Strathcona County's behalf. Strathcona County residents may be randomly contacted by Advanis using their program TellCityHall to collect surveys.
