An updated Public Engagement Policy was approved by Council in May 2025, which outlines the County's commitments to public engagement and the principles that guide our work.
Input from the public and other interested parties is one important piece of the County's decision making processes, and helps us to continuously improve our programs and services on an ongoing basis.
We'd like to hear from the community on how well our current public engagement efforts are meeting your needs, and if there are any areas for improvement. It's important for us to hear from people who regularly participate in public engagement processes, as well as those who don't. This survey will take 3-5 minutes, and will be open from October 23 to November 7.
Did you know - members of County Voice (the County's online public engagement platform) receive regular updates on upcoming public engagement opportunities and reports on what we heard through past engagement processes. Stay informed and involved by registering for County Voice now!
