We’re glad you’re here to share more of your thoughts about what is most important to County residents as part of the 2025 municipal budget engagement process. Your feedback helps Council deliver a budget that balances what we must do to keep our community functioning - along with ensuring supports and services are planned for future generations - to reach our vision of being Canada's most livable community.
In addition to the online and phone surveys we normally do each spring, this year we'll be periodically adding new interactive engagement activities here that you can access when it's most convenient for you.
We'll also be reporting back to the community in July on what we heard in the first round of engagement, and then giving you an opportunity to tell us a bit more to ensure we've got it right in the fall. Council will consider this important feedback as they enter into budget discussions in November.
Finally, you can speak directly to Council at a non-statutory public hearing on November 21.
Our survey will be available starting April 29 via random phone call or online. If you receive a phone call to do the survey, please don't also complete the online version as they are the same.
