Strathcona County conducts an annual public satisfaction survey that provides residents the opportunity to share their feedback relating to County programs and services. The survey results help the County evaluate its services, and supports decision making and plans for the best use of resources.

The Public Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey and will be fully available for residents to complete on January 20th, 2025.
Please note Strathcona County utilizes a third-party vendor called Advanis to conduct a telephone survey of County residents from January 20th to February 14. Advanis uses a tool called TellCityHall for data collection. Residents will be called randomly throughout that time period to complete the survey, if you do complete the survey with Advanis we ask that you do not also complete the online survey here as well. A small number of County residents may also be contacted starting January 15th for test survey completions ahead of the official launch on January 20th.
